Notify us once the application form has been completed.
You may schedule a visit or directly rent a working space with us.
If you need to rent a venue and access the space, equipments, or other matters, you can schedule a visit or directly make inquiries.

After the tour is scheduled, the confirmation together with the address will be sent online in advance.
If there are any changes or cancellation, please notify the official line account or call us 24 hours before the schedule.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled visit without prior notice, your eligibility for a re-booking visit will be revoked.
If the workspace is fully booked, we will contact you via phone or email when a spot becomes available.

If you need to secure a seat ahead of time, you must first charge a holding deposit.
The “pay the deposit first – reserve the space first” approach applies to the newly released workspace.
On the day of settlement, the holding deposit will be transformed into a security deposit and will be refunded within 7 days if there is no damage on the day the contract ends.
Payment method: cash, bank transfer, convenient store payment, credit card (with 3% handling fee)

Register as an HSH member and fill in basic information
Confirm the contract details with the assistant (about 20 minutes)
Sign to confirm and upload documents, emergency contacts or company seal information
Confirm your workspace area with assistant and pay the first month rent
Payment method: cash, bank transfer, convenient store payment, credit card (with 3% handling fee)
