Step 1：Know the Price & Plans
Price includes business address hosting and a virtual mailbox
Add on services:
Accountant Services (such as address relocation, change of shareholders and directors, company establishment, monthly bookkeeping, etc.)

Step 2：Fill out the Application
- Fill out the information on the “Virtual Office | Online Application” page.
- Contact us through FB Messenger or Official Line：@hshsharehouse that you filled out the form.
Step 3：Pre-review the Service Items
Established company: provide company establishment registration form
- Newly established company: provide pre-review company business service items
It is recommended to directly entrust Home Sweet Home to complete the pre-view on your behalf as some supporting documents are requested.
- If you have a cooperating accountant, you MUST ask us for the supporting documents before the pre-view.
Step 4：Send to Government for Review
Send all the information to National Taxation Bureau of Taipei to review.
- Make sure your company can register at Home Sweet Home Co-working Space
Takes around 5-7 days
Step 5：Online Contract Signing
After government’s confirmation, the contract can be signed with Home Sweet Home Co-working Space.
Documents required for signing the contract:
Company seals, registration form/business service item pre-check form, ID
If the contract is not signed by the person in charge, a power of attorney must be attached
Step 6：Payment Method
Payment method: cash, bank transfer, convenient store payment, credit card (with 3% handling fee)
