- Contracts of 3 months or more: Save NT$500/month.

- Current tenants: Earn NT$200 off your rent for every friend who signs a contract and successfully moves in.
- No limit: Recommend as many friends as you want—the more you refer, the more you save!

- Rewards must be used within the referrer’s contract period.
