Reservation Process
- Fill in your information form on “Application” webpage
- Please contact us on Facebook Messenger or Line：@hshsharehouse and inform us you filled out the form:)
- We will get back to you with the space availabilities or reservation details
Schedule a Visit
- We will send you the confirmation for your visit through official Line account or Facebook
- Please let us know one-day in advance if you have any changes of the timing or want to cancel the visit.
- If you didn’t show up for the visit without prior notice, no reschedule is allowed.
- If the room is already booked, our team will contact you to make another arrangement.
Reservation Details
- To reserve a space – we will need to receive a holding deposit, which the amount is equal to one month rent.
- Holding deposit will transfer to the security deposit on your move-in day and is refundable after you check-out & nothing damaged.
- To successfully book the space – we will follow “the first paying the holding deposit, the first right to reserve” policy.
- Payment method: cash、bank transfer、local convenient store barcode payment、 online credit card payment (3% third party charges will apply)
Check-in Process
- Sign up for HSH platform & fill out your information
- Our team member will walk you through the lease agreement key points. (around 20 minutes)
- Online signature confirmation with ID & emergency contact uploaded
- Confirm the handover list with HSH team and pay the first month rent.
- Payment method：cash、bank transfer、local convenient store barcode payment、online credit card payment (3% third party charges will apply )
Discount Offer (Limited Time)
- We sincere offer discounts for a limited time:)
- For whom with lease term of over 3 months, monthly rent can be deducted by NTD 500 monthly.
- For whom with lease term of over 6 months, monthly rent can be deducted by NTD 1,000 monthly.
- For early termination we will need to collect back the discount amount.
Share House Transfer Program
- Within the lease term, current tenants can transfer to our other HSH share house location if needed, for example: work relocation etc.
- Please inform us at least one month in advance and ask for space availability details.
