Viewing & Reservation Procedures

  • Fill Out the Move-in Application Form

    If you’re interested in reserving a room or scheduling a viewing, please fill out the move-in application form.

  • Contact Us via Our Official LINE Account: @hshsharehouse or Facebook Messenger.

    After adding us, send a message or sticker so we can see your contact request. HSH Team Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00-18:00. If you need to schedule a viewing, please refer to our  Viewing Appointment Guidelines.

  • Review the Reservation Policies

    Please note: If there are multiple applicants who meet the requirements, our bed spaces are reserved on a first deposit basis. For other important details, please refer to  Reservation Guidelines.

  • Make a Deposit to Secure Your Space

    Payment Methods: Cash, Domestic Bank Transfer, or Credit Card (service fee applies).

  • Arrange Online Contract Signing

    Available Times: Monday to Friday, 10:00-12:00 or 15:00-18:00. For more information, please refer to the  Online Contract Signing Guidelines.

  • Reservation Completed

    Get ready to move in!

Move-in Procedures

  • Pre-Move Contact
    1-2 weeks before your move-in date, the HSH team will reach out to you. (Please stay alert for messages and maintain open communication.)
  • Confirm Move-in Time
    Please provide your flight arrival time or estimated arrival time at the apartment. The HSH team will confirm a suitable move-in time according to the schedule on your move-in day.

    Check-in times with HSH Staff: Monday – Friday, 10:00-17:00.
    If your arrival time is earlier or later, we will arrange a Self Check-in for you.
  • Join the Apartment Group Chat
    Please send a brief introduction about yourself in the group chat so your new roommates can get to know you better!
  • Pay the First Month’s Rent Before Move-in
    (NTU ICLP students must pay the first semester’s rent after signing the contract.)
  • Move-in Day
    HSH staff will provide access to the apartment and a tour, ensuring you’re comfortable in your new share house.
  • Move-in Complete!

Check-out Procedures

  • Confirm in advance if you need to extend the lease
    You need to confirm with the HSH team whether you want to renew the lease 45 days before the contract expires. If you do not inform us at least 30 days in advance, it will be considered non-renewal, and you should move out by the expiration date. (If your stay is only for one month, you must confirm whether you will renew the lease within the first week of your stay.)
  • Confirm the method of deposit return
    The HSH team will confirm the deposit return method two weeks before you move out. For details, please refer to the Deposit Refund Guidelines.
  • Review the move-out procedures
    Tenants are required to follow the move-out procedures provided by HSH, including washing bed linens, organizing, and cleaning the room. For full details, please refer to the Move-out Guidelines.
  • Tenants should complete the move-out process themselves on the move-out date according to the procedures.
  • Deposit refund
    The HSH staff will inspect the room after move-out, and the deposit will be returned within 7-14 working days after the inspection is completed.
  • Move-out complete!

Co-living | Resident Guidelines

• Viewings can only be arranged for units with recent vacancies.
• Due to the similar style of share houses and to make efficient use of our team’s time, each prospective tenant can view only one apartment; HSH does not provide a second viewing.
• Once a viewing appointment is successfully booked, HSH team will send a confirmation message and address in advance.
• If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify the HSH team online at least 24 hours in advance or contact us directly by phone.
• If you miss the viewing appointment without prior notice or arrive more than 20 minutes late, your eligibility for move-in and future viewings will be canceled.
• If the room you would like to view is reserved by someone else, HSH will notify you by phone or online and arrange for a viewing of another available property.
• To reserve a room in advance, HSH requires a one-month rent as a deposit.
• If there are multiple qualified applicants, available units will be reserved on a “first deposit, first reserved” basis.
• The deposit will convert to a security deposit on the move-in day and will be refunded after the room inspection upon move-out.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the move-in.
• The deposit must be paid within 24 hours after receiving the payment information, otherwise, the reservation will be considered canceled.
• Initial Fee: NT$2,500, payable before move-in (if the rental term is more than 2 months, partial initial fee of NT$1,000 can be waived). This fee covers administrative costs, system fees, move-in procedures, online contract signing, document review, and customer record creation. If a previous tenant re-rents with HSH within a year of moving out, the initial fee will be waived for the second time.
• Deposit Amount: One month's rent at the original rate (specific rules apply for Dingxi/Xinyi Anhe branches; please refer to individual property pages).
• Rent Payment Deadline: The first month’s rent must be paid before move-in, and subsequent monthly rent must be paid before the 1st of each month. ICLP students follow a semester-based payment schedule; please contact the HSH team for details.
• Payment Methods: Cash, domestic bank transfer in Taiwan, local convenience store payment, or credit card (additional service fees apply).
• The online contract signing will be conducted via Google Meet and will take approximately 40-50 minutes.
• Available hours for online signings: Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 12:00, 15:00 - 18:00 (Taiwan Time).
• Please prepare the following documents before signing: ID/Passport photo (JPG format), and Taiwan Visa photo (if applicable).
• During the signing process, the HSH team will explain the contract details and answer relevant questions (estimated 30-40 minutes).
• Once the tenant confirms and uploads the required documents, and the HSH team completes the review process, both parties can sign the online contract electronically.
• HSH will issue the first rent invoice within a week after signing, which must be paid before move-in (ICLP or boarding students must pay within 5 days of signing).
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled move-in. If arriving directly from the airport, please schedule your move-in at least three hours after your flight arrival.
• Please note: Due to pre-arranged schedules, if you are more than 20 minutes late, your move-in will be switched to a Self Check-in, and the staff will proceed to their next appointment without re-scheduling a tour.
• Within the first three days of moving in, please verify whether any items in the room are damaged. If there are issues, contact the HSH team.
• Each tenant is provided with one set of clean bedding upon move-in, which must be cleaned by the tenant before returning at move-out. Normal signs of use are expected; no alternative selections are available. If you prefer brand new bedding, please bring your own or purchase it from HSH.
• HSH Share House is a general residential rental space. Cleaning is initially done by the previous tenant during checkout and then inspected and supplemented by the HSH team. Since this is not a hotel or Airbnb, the level of cleanliness may not meet hotel standards. We kindly ask for your understanding if there is some dust or minor imperfections. We recognize that everyone has different expectations for cleanliness. If you require additional cleaning, you are welcome to use the provided tools, such as a vacuum cleaner or broom, or arrange for professional cleaning services at your own expense.
• The HSH team will coordinate with a current flatmate to assist with opening the door or provide a spare key.
• Please join the apartment group chat before moving in for easy communication with your flatmates.
• Room keys will be placed in a designated location; please follow the instructions provided by HSH.
• Verify if there is any damage in the room within three days of moving in. If issues arise, contact the HSH team.
• No apartment tour is provided for self check-ins. If you are unsure about anything, please ask your flatmates or HSH staff.
• If using the spare key, please ensure it is returned after use.
• Clean and dry your bedding, tidy up the room, and remove all personal belongings from common areas according to HSH’s move-out process.
• If you wish to leave items for other flatmates, please pack them neatly and label them clearly for HSH.
• For larger items that require disposal assistance from HSH, additional charges may apply. Contact the HSH team in advance to confirm arrangements and avoid inconvenience to the cleaning staff.
• Follow the procedures for providing photos during move-out and ensure keys are returned to the designated location. Do not take keys with you.
• After completing the move-out procedures and upon the room inspection by HSH staff, the deposit refund will be arranged.
• Refund methods: NT Dollar cash, domestic bank transfer, or credit card (a record of rent payment by credit card within the last two months before move-out is required).
• Any damages or stains found during the inspection will incur additional charges deducted from the deposit.
• The deposit will be refunded within 7-14 working days after the move-out.
