Taipei is a heaven for people who love food and experience nightlife, there is so much delicious food around the clock. We are going to give you some suggestions, so you don’t miss out on the amazing food when you are in Taipei. 

Beef Noodle Soup (Niu Rou Mian) 

 Beef noodle is very popular in Taiwan, it is the type of noodle with tons of beef in a bowl. One of the best beef noodle shops is Yong Kang beef, and it is very busy, and it usually takes about 10-15 minutes for a table.

The pancake is very delicious and you can find it in Ximending, and it was every Taiwanese’ childhood. However, a decent pancake usually doesn’t have many toppings.

You can find Fuzhou Pork Pepper Bun in different night markets in Taipei, the Pork Bun with thick dough and it‘s filled with minced pork and pepper. The skin is crispy, the pork is juicy and the spring onions are very tangy, we think that you are just going to love it!
